It had an excellent and fantastic setting so close to Arts Loi metro station and other city locations, the center of brussels and a night club which was open till the morning. Staff were very very helpful, I liked you guys.

Had all the facilities for really enjoyable stay on a business trip. It was located in a secure area right in the center. Had early check in. We loved rooms, they were silent...

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. It was a really great stay on a business trip: excellent location and great staff. Satisfied with all the necessary equipment, the bedroom and huge bunch available. Zaventem airport was not far from the place we stayed, 15 km.

The location of the apartment is perfect for tourists, as it is situated right by a noisy night club. Additionally, it is close to Brussels central train station and very close to Art et Loi metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The living areas of the apartment are generous and the balcony is great for enjoying the view.

The apartment lacks proper maintenance, with broken furniture and poor lighting.

Overall, it’s excellent base for exploring Brussels tourist places;))

Everything here felt excellent, it was a perfect 10/10 stay on a business trip.

With its central location, we were just a stone's throw away from the city's major attractions, such as the Grand Place and Manneken Pis. We easily hopped on the subway from the nearby station to explore further afield, including the vibrant Sainte Catherine neighborhood and the charming Atomium. The convenience of the location made our family adventures hassle-free and saved us valuable time and energy.

My wife says that it would have been great if there had been a designated play area for children. Though the apartment was spacious enough for our family, having a dedicated space where our kids could unwind and play would have been a wonderful addition.

Satisfied with its excellent price and perfect and excellent location. The staff team was responsive and affable. The apartment left overall fine impression, yet the bathroom here was very small.

The location was very close to a metro station and small markets. It felt very secure as I needed to put in 3 codes to get into my room.

During my stay at Smartflats, I had an issue with the door upon arrival. I was locked out because something was stuck in the door. Thankfully, another resident was able to help and get it unstuck. However, I do believe it would have been more efficient to have a concierge on call for situations like this. Despite this inconvenience, the apartment itself was simple, spacious, and clean. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and convenient location.

I had a great stay at Smartflats Design! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the internet connection was excellent. I especially loved the coffee machine. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, like the lack of a shower curtain and a broken air conditioning unit, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
